darjeeling perfection.

fireworks strike again.

buried in sound.

----------

lately i've been faced with an incredibly powerful distaste of studying. i'm uninterested in my hardest classes and this is backfiring wonderfully because they are leaving me less time to study for the classes i enjoy. it's a great catch-22, and the only winner would be me if grades were golf scores!

"thems got ears, let them hear. thems got eyes, let them see"

ever since my Bible was peed on, I've been faced with the age old question of if I should buy another one. i don't know if it is an age old question, but i'm sure it's a question people my age frequently ask themselves..."do i need a bible?". it's not that i'm no longer christian, or religious necessarily, but honestly, i can't remember the last time i opened it. shouldn't i just expect the church i go to to have bible provided for me? or onlinebiblereader.com/jesus....

i suppose it's just the conditioning, the feeling, the knowing that i have a bible in my room. it will make everything start to make sense. make life make sense. lately it has been people in my room, not books that make this happen.

i could never make myself think like you
rather,
i never wanted to.
thank god for that;
she likes recycling too.

Woe to those who would pee on your Bible-

"For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall..." (2 Kings 9:8 KJV)

Ahab? Call me Ishmael...
